What we see in Whitby
Lynde Creek and Pringle Creek run south through Whitby to the lake. Older homes downtown and in Port Whitby, and properties near the creeks, see the most flooding in heavy rain.
Whitby has grown quickly north toward Brooklin, where most homes are recent builds. There, water damage usually starts inside: supply lines, water heaters and sump pumps. Downtown, we also see older foundations and drains that need attention once the walls are open.
We renovate kitchens, bathrooms and basements across Whitby and Brooklin, and build additions in the older neighbourhoods.
