Questions we hear
What does "no hidden fees" actually mean?
Every cost is on your quote as its own line: materials, labour, permits, disposal. If something isn't on the quote, you don't pay for it unless you've agreed to it in writing first.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and send you an itemized quote at no cost and with no obligation.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We restore flood, water, fire, smoke, storm and mould damage, and we bill your insurance company directly. We document the damage for your adjuster, and your quote marks each line as covered by your claim or paid by you.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes. For flood, fire, storm or sewer backup emergencies, call any time, day or night. Our technicians are IICRC certified.
What if you find a problem behind a wall?
We stop, show you what we found, and write up the fix as a new line with its price. Nothing goes ahead until you say yes.
Which parts of the GTA do you serve?
Toronto and the GTA, including Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa.
