Do you give fixed prices?

Every quote is itemized, and each line has a price. Where you're still choosing a finish, we use a clearly marked allowance, and you see the difference if your choice costs more or less.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We apply for the permits and book the inspections. Permit fees are a separate line on your quote.
